Yes you can get scholarship for your AEEE rank.
there are many factors that effect the chance of getting scholarship.
to avail tution fee wavier, you have to be top in the 30% of the Exam
to get scholarship, you have to be with in 2000 rank of AEEE
to get during studies, You have to maintain a decent CGPA and SGPA for your every semester.
