Since you have completed your MBBS in India, you will have to start by applying for USMLE. It is an exam which makes you eligible to practise in USA and get a license and also to obtain residency later. Your visa can be sponsored, in outstanding cases, such as if you are recognized by a notable organization or you have outstanding scores in USMLE.
