As per last years cutoff, I cannot see chances of getting a seat in IIITs and GFTIs. Cutoff changes every year, and this year too it will not be the same but taking last years cutoff as reference I cannot see any chances. You can refer these links for last years cutoff.

I will suggest you to go for other state counselings like M.P, Punjab, Haryana, Odisha, Maharashtra, etc. conducts their state counseling based on JEE Main score and provides admissions in well reputed government and private colleges. Also with this rank you have chances of getting a seat in good college other than NITs, IIITs, GFTIs.
