Hello Aspirant,
Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Tamil Nadu according to your profile.
See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year but yes we can provide you the list of colleges that you can get based on previous years cut-off data.
So according to the data, on such marks and category you have very low chances of getting any of the government medical colleges in Tamil Nadu either under state quota or through AIQ according to previous year's cut-off because the closing marks for SC category for GMCs in Tamil Nadu through AIQ were around 460+. But you can go for some medical colleges through state quota of Tamil Nadu.
As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you have chances in following colleges :-
Annapoorna Medical College and Hospital, Salem
Christian Medical College, Vellore
Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Medical College and Hospital, Perambalur
Karpaga Vinayaka Institute of Medical Sciences, Kancheepuram
And some more. You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-
