I am sorry to inform you that with your score its difficult to get a government seat. Both under the 15% AIQ as well as 85% State quota counselling.
However you can try for private colleges either in your respective state if cutoffs go low else try for open domicile states lik UP etc.
Also there the option of deemed universities. You might have a better chance there.
You can also try for courses like BDS/BAMS etc.
