Om, good score means nothing less than 650-675. This is because AIIMS cut off percentiles have been nothing less than 93 percentile even for Reserved Categories. And cut offs do change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
That set aside, AIIMS requires a minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics, Biology, Chemistry and English. It is 60% for General Category and 50% for Reserved Categories. This has been the norm when AIIMS was conducting its own entrance exam. Now that AIIMS will conduct its admission through NEET score, there might be 2 ways about it. Either AIIMS will follow its conventional 60-50% or AIIMS will follow NEET aggregate criteria. We need to wait to hear from AIIMS.

Hey,
The admission eligibility criteria for AIIMS specify that the candidate must have an aggregate of 60% in Physics, chemistry, Biology and English in their 12th to be eligible for admissions which is 50 % for SC/St and 45% for PwD candidates.
Therefore, if you have good score in neet but don't meet the above criteria then you might not get a seat in AIIMS.
