See this is the first time when AIIMS is going to conduct their admission through NEET so it is quite difficult to predict your admission chances on any score in NEET for AIIMS. It is known that earlier AIIMS use to conduct their own entrance test for admissions to their medical courses like MBBS, BDS and so on.
