Unfortunately its a big no, MBBS is a high demanding professional course which requires Neet score more than 630 plus even in ews category there is lot of competition you won't survive with this rank.aiq seats usually filled with high rankers you can try with your state quota if you are appearing for counselling process may be you get other courses with this rank.all the bedt
