Based upon your fetched rank i.e 25k rank in the Amritha University, it might be somewhat harder for you to take the top domain branches in the main campus but anyways during the couselling the cuttoff will get down as it is predicted, so hope for the best and kindly attend the counselling and about your JEE mains percentile it not of use in the Amritha while taking the admission , so better go with the option AEEE rather with your JEE mains percentile because with the JEE mains percentile your chances for taking the good private institution will be less.
