Definately you can get btech biotechnology with rank 18969 through AP eamcet and also I'd say somewhere around 70 should be enough. Certain colleges might accept you with scores as low as 50 as well but I'm not exactly sure.

My advice would be not to join biotechnology course from an AP EAMCET college since there placement is not good you should do this course from IIT then it is going to worth.
