381 marks is not enough for general category for getting a seat in government medical college in any state considering high cut off.
You may prepare again and fulfil your dream of becoming a doctor by clearing neet with flying colours next year.

Honestly speaking, With a score of 381 in the unreserved category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 500 or above remained to be a safe zone for the general category under the state quota. For all India quota, it lies still higher. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection in your state
