Your profile mentions that you belong to Rajasthan and wish to take admission in Karnataka. From previous year cut off's, we see that through the All India Quota, a student must score 590+ marks to get a seat in government medical colleges, who belongs to the OBC category.
To take admission in private medical colleges too, students belonging to the OBC category must score 530+ marks. However, in mop up round, if seats are left vacant, candidates with scores above 500 can also get a seat. Hence, no, with 300 marks you cannot get a seat in medical colleges in Karnataka.
