TS EAMCET is an entrance exam conducted to get admissions in engineering colleges organized by the Telangana State board.
The cutoff rank for Mechtronics in Mahatma Gandhi Institute of technology based on the previous trends is 13203 for OC boys.
But your rank is high when compared to the cutoff rank. So probably you won't get admission in MGIT.
Also try for other branches in other engineering colleges.

When I visited that college they gave me list of ranks of 2018 the last rank for mechatronics for boys of was around 27 thousand

The closing rank for mechatronics engineering at MGIT for the year 2018 was 27023.
Looking at that, you have great odds to get a seat in Mehatronics at MGIT.
