The cut-off for this year has not been released yet by the NEC however we can get a rough estimate of the cut-off based on previous years' cut-off trends.
If we consider the 2018 cut-off data, with your rank of 114642, you will be able to get admission in NEC for B.Tech in the following branches-
These are the ranks for the general category students, if you belong to the SC/ST category then you will be able to get admission in NEC in all the branches if engineering.
