can i get seat in nit warangal, I got 63 percentile in January 2020. I belong to sc category and home quota. if I get a seat in nit warangal, which branches I will get. and if I didn't get at what percentile I will get a seat in nit warangal for eee branch

According to the percentile you have mentioned in the question your approximate rank would be near about 3.22 Lakhs and on the basis of this rank it is not possible to get any seat in NIT Warangal even if you belongs to SC and deserves Home State quota. You cannot get any branch in NIT Warangal with this percentile.
For your category and reservation quota you have to score around 93-94 percentile for EEE branch and note that this is also not exact because cut-offs are bound to change evey year and this year cut-off if not releases yet so I am guiding you on the basis of previous year's cut-off. I would recommend you to appear in second attempt of JEE-Main which is scheduled from September 1st-6th and try to hit the target of at least 93 percentile.
