can i get seat in this college with mu ranking 16000 and i belong to 3B category, Hyderabad region,and rural student

Let me get this straight once and for all. It is not possible to determine whether you will get seat in a particular course solely only on the basis of your MU rank. Many more factors such as gender, category, state of domicile are taken into account by the authorities before coming up with a merit list of the admitted students.
So better wait for the final list and keep your backup ready!
