Yes you may get admission in du with a 94%. But then it depends on the choice of course you want to purse and also on your category. University of delhi is vast and comprises of almost 84 colleges. It won't be difficult for you to get a seat in du.

First of all, Your total percentage doesn't matter for admission in DU, what matters is your BFS aggregate or aggregate of PCM or PCB.
