I have an sc rank of 2584 in wbjee.Can i get jadavpur in 2nd or 3rd round(I'm domiciled in west bengal)?

Considering you as general category, if your overall 12 th marks is below 60% but your aggregate PCM marks is above 60% (along with individual pass marks in each subjects) then it doesn't matter since the eligibility criteria for Jadavpur University depend upon your PCM marks and pass marks in English. However if you doesn't satisfy eligibility criteria you can't take admission even with first rank in WBJEE.

For admissions to all B.Tech programmes at Jadavpur University (Faculty of Engineering & Technology), the aspirants need to have passed '10+2' or equivalent exam with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects with at least 60% (45% for reserve category students) aggregate marks. Along with that, you will have to clear WBJEE with rank under 2000 approx if you wish to get seat in top branches like CS, ME, ECE etc. To know more about WBJEE cut off, you can go through the below link -

In order to take admission in Jadavpur University you should have 60% (45% for reserve category students) aggregate marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry and you should also obtained individual pass marks (both in theory & practical where ever applicable) in each of the subjects and with at least 30 % marks in English. If you fulfill this criteria you are eligible to take damission if you score good rank.
