The AP EAMCET 2020 cutoffs has not been released yet so it is difficult to say just by your rank but according to the previous years cutoffs I would say it is difficult for you to get a government college. But then again cutoffs vary each and every year so you might have a chance. You can use this link to predict colleges and further proceed for counselling process-
