With the score of 400 which is quite low score for an OBC candidate ,it is very difficult to get government medical seat for MBBS or other courses. But with this score you can get good semi government and private colleges .  However there might be some chances of  getting government BHMS/BAMS college in some states where the cutoff goes low.
