can i get to appear for gate in ece if i am in final year of ch btech course

Hello Dear
If you are in final year of your respective degree i.e Electronics and Communication Engineering then you can be able to appear in your domain and if you are from the other branches then you have to go with that branch only in the Gate entrance exam only , and say if suppose you are from other branch & writing the other's branch exam in GATE then it will be no useful for you .
