Dear aspirant,
Getting a government veterinary College with your AP EAMCET Rank is quite difficult. As per previous few year's data cutoff for government veterinary College was till 12000 maximum. So it's impossible to get admission in any government veterinary College. However you can get admission in any other private well established colleges. Hope it would be helpful.
