Can I get VIT pune only IT branch in 3rd or 4th round with 95%ile in mhcet general?only IT

Congratulations on securing 95%ile in MHTCET.
I would suggest you go through the last year cutoffs of all the rounds of CAP Process on the following link. Here you can get an idea of college & branch based on your marks.

Make sure you look for proper cutoffs according to Quota (All will be state level as VIT is autonomous or TFWS, etc), category (in your case Open).
