can i give BBA examination in Hindi medium? or, BBA question paper contain both english or hindi medium or only english??

You have not mentioned the BBA Entrance exam about which you want to know exam medium.
Your profile suggests that your Domicile is Bihar. So, there is no General entrance exam for admission into BBA course in Bihar. Some Universites might have University level entrance exam.
Most of the BBA entrance exams in India are in English medium but some entrance exams of Hindi Speaking states contains Hindi medium.
