You have done your 12th from National institute of open schooling. But the eligibility criteria to appear BITSAT consists the student should have completed his 10+2 from any recognised board in India with 75% in physics, chemistry, Mathematics. so you are not eligible to appear BITSAT.

The eligibility criteria for BITSAT are-
1. Candidates need to have passed their 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized Central or State board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as subjects and adequate proficiency in English. Since there is no information about students from NIOS, you can apply.
2. Candidates must have secured minimum 75% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology in their qualifying exam or equivalent. They also need to have minimum 60% marks in each of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ Biology subjects in the qualifying exam.
3. Candidates need to have passed in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) in their 10+2 or equivalent exam, for admission to B.Tech programme. However, candidates need to have passed in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in their 10+2 or equivalent exam, for admission to B.Pharm programme. However, candidates with PCM can also apply for Pharmacy programme.
4. There is no age limit for the exam
