Listen , After completing 12th exams , you will be eligible for applying in NEET.
For Applying in NEET , you should have to complete class 12th with subject , Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
National Eligibility cum Entrance Teste (NEET) is all India Pre- Medical Entrance exam for those students who wish to pursue their career as a Doctor. This exam is conducted by National Testing Agency(NTA).
The Basic Eligibility Criteria for NEET are - must passed 10+2 with PCB and English are the main subjects.
Age limit :- minimum 17 years of age of Dec 31 ,no upper age criteria yet.
marks criteria - For UR -50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40% and PWD -45%
There is no limit for Attempts , you can made attempts as much you want .
In short If you Fulfill the given criteria it will not going to create any problem

No, it's doesn't occurs any problems to neet ug exam.
Eligibility criteria for neet ug exam.
- :--->Minimum age of the candidates should be 17 years as of December 31, 2022...
- :--->Candidate should passed the class 12th exam from any recognised brard with physics, chemistry, biology (PCB) or (PCMB) with English is the compulsory subject...
- :--->Minimum aggregate marks: General category candidates must have passed the qualifying examination with 45% marks, while for SC/ST/OBC the minimum marks should be 40%..
- :--->Reservation policy for pwd (handicap) : 3% of the reservation will be provided to the Person with Disability (PwD) candidates.
Marks wise cut off for neet ug exam is following
- For General candidate-> 720-138
- For OBC/SC/ST candidate -> 137-108
- For Gen PwD candidate -> 137-122
- For (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD candidates -> 121-108
