Hello buddy, Yes you can give both the exam in same year. But you have to clear jee main to eligible for jee advance in same year. If you have clear jee main in previous year but not able to clear jee advance in same year than in next year you will have to give jee main again in that year to eligible for jee advance. I hope you got the ans of your question. Best of luck for your future .
Hii..
For giving JEE Advanced, you have to qualify JEE Main exam first. Both the exam will be held in the same here.JEE Main exam will be held in the month of April while the JEE Advanced exam will be held in the month of May.
Thanks..!!
Hello buddy, both the exams conducted in same year and you have to clear both the exams in same year. If you clear jee main and don't clear jee advance than In next year you have to appear for jee main again and clear jee main to eligible for jee advance. To get into NIT you should score good marks in jee main and to get into IIT you should score good marks in jee advance. So you can give both the exams in same year and you have to clear both exams and score good rank to get into IIT/NIT. Best of luck for exam. Work hard and achieve what you want.
Hello Tushar. Thanks for contacting Careers360.
Note that there is no provision given to students to write JEE Mains in one year and then prepare for some two or three years and then write JEE Advanced.
So, unless, you do not clear JEE Advanced and you wish to study for one more year, can you write JEE in two attempts.
Also note that JEE allows only two attempts .
So, yes, both JEE Mains and JEE Advanced need to be written in the same year either after finishing your class 12 or a year after that.
Hope this helps you and all the best!
