JEE mains and NATA are two different exams and you can appear in both of them if you want. Through JEE mains you can get in admission in engineering colleges for B.Tech as well as you can do B.Arch through Jee mains paper 2 exam.
On the other hand, through NATA exam you can get admission top architecture colleges in India as NATA is solely conducted for architecture course.
