I hope you are doing good. Now Coming to your query, Nehal a few years 3rd years were eligible to attempt the neet. But from the last 2-3 years, students who completed B Tech or in the final year are only eligible to attempt the GATE exam. Because if they allow third years then they have to limit the gate syllabus to 3rd year only and Cutoff is falling as most of the 3rd years not taking it serious and just writing to test themselves. But there is no restriction in no.of attempts in GATE.

I am sorry to inform you but the eligiblity criteria for GATE states that B. Tech degree holders of 4 year courses who are in final year or already graduated are eligible to appear for GATE. If you are in third year then you are not eligible to take part in GATE exam. However there are plenty of options to test yourself. The most widespread method is through GATE online mock test series.
