Can I give improvement exam only of 2 subject (Maharashtra board) and what if I get less marks which marks will be counted??

Yes. You can. If you are not sure, contact your college administration regarding the issue. Improvements are the exams conducted to improve your marks. there is no chance to get your marks lessened. If you score less than the first attempt, your first attempt's marks would be finalized.
