Dear student,

In jee mains the maximum number of attempts allowed are three. You first attempt is counted as over in the year that you have passed your class 12th. After that you can maximum find into two attempts in next consecutive years.

So if you have given or haven't given jee mains this year then this is your first chance and your first attempt is gone. Now you can find it jee mains 2021 and jee mains 2022.

Now if you give jee mains again next year, then again you have to sit in jossa counseling and you if you perform well then you can get a seat next year too.

But the admission will be given from a new session, which means you will again study from first year.
And only after completion of first year you can get second year. So, you can give jee mains 2021.
