Definitely not because if you are willing to appear in JEE Advance or Mains exam you need to pass +2 exam before that you can't appear this exams It's a minimum eligibility. And after passing JEE Mains exam you can appear for JEE Advance exam. Otherwise you can't able to appear the JEE advance exam.

Yes, you can appear in JEE Advanced if you qualify in JEE Main and if your qualifying exam results are awaited. You need to obtain your results on or before the counselling starts. If you do not obtain your results on time then your admission stands cancelled regardless of your merit and seat allotment.
