You will have to satisfy at least one of the following two criteria for JEE Advance:

Should have scored at least 75% aggregate marks in 10+2th standard (or equivalent) board examination. For SC/ ST and PwD candidates, the aggregate marks should be at least 65%.

The candidates should be within the category wise top 20 percentile of successful candidates in their respective 12th standard (or equivalent) board examination.
But It is hard to believe that with less than 75% you can be in TOP 20 Percentile.
