The national testing agency has not yet released the eligibility criteria but generally the eligibility criteria is as follows:-
1- Candidate should pass their 12th with maths , physics chemistry as compulsory subjects.
2- Earlier the 75% was required but due to covid it has been removed for the year 2020,2021 .
3- Now the 10th 12th boards will be conducted offline and so it wi be included in the criteria again.

I hope that you are doing absolutely great. With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that YES, you can give JEE mains and JEE advanced exams even if you get a minimum percentage marks less than 75% in your class 12th boards examination.
Further, the Eligibility criteria for JEE mains are given below :
1. Qualifying examination : Candidates must have passed class 12 or equivalent exam in 2020 or 2021. Candidates appearing for the class 12 board examination in JEE Main 2022 exam will be also eligible.
2. Subject : Candidates must have studied a minimum of 5 subjects which will be considered. They are Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational Subject, Language and any other subject.
3. 12th percentage required : NTA has removed the 75% percentage criteria for this year. For BArch admissions, the minimum marks is 50%.
4. Number of attempts : All aspirants can appear two times a year. Students can appear for JEE Main for three years

Yes, you can apply for joint entrance examination mains. The national testing agency has removed the 75% criteria for being eligible for joint entrance examination mains for this time. Other than this National testing agency will not provide the facility of correction window to the students.
You can apply for joint entrance exam application up to the last day of March 2022. The national testing agency will re release the joint entrance examination mains registration forms for phase 2, April 8, 2022. This time there will be only two phases of joint entrance examination.
