Yes definitely you can do because as per the information brochure of JEE-Main the candidates can appear for JEE-Main if they are either completing/ passed 10+2 with PCM background or if they have completed or appearing for final examinations of Diploma course recognized by AICTE or a State board of technical education of at least 3 years duration.
>>>>>> But make sure that in your Diploma you should pass with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subjects
