can I give KVPY after completing my BSc, to pursue MSc.

Hi aspirant, in respect of your question.. the answer is NO, only possible when candidates appear for the aptitude test if they meet the given KVPY eligibility criteria according to the stream.
The KVPY Fellowships are given to Indian Nationals to Study in India (Students intending to pursue/pursing under graduate program under Distance Education scheme/correspondence course of any university are not eligible to apply).
