Hey, In this case , then I think you should be able to apply through SX stream, because you will be taking your exam onn ovember 2019 and youll get admissions into undergraduate in year 2020-21, so you should be ablw to take the exam through SX stream. But however it would be better if you call to the examination authority and confirm once. here I have mentioned thier contact number, call in between the work hours. You can also mail them regarding your doubt of stream. You can mail them by telling that you have passed 12th but you took an year break and now whether you can apply through stream SX.
