Hi Aspirant,

Hope you are doing great.

Yes, you are eligible to appear for NATA 2022. Because the basic eligibility to appear for NATA is that

  • A candidate who has passed the 2nd PUC / 12th standard exam with Mathematics as one of the subjects and secured a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in all subjects.
  • 45% of marks in the case of SC, ST, CategoryI, OBC (2A, 2B, 3A, and 3B) candidates, and the person with a disability of mental retardation or mental illness (including dyslexia).

And you have completed 10+2 in commerce with maths as one of the subjects. Hence, you are eligible to appear in the NATA exam.

Hi aspirant,

Yes you would be eligible to write the NATA examination even if you are from commerce background. This is because the eligibility criteria defined for the examination says that either ca ndidates should have passed 10+2 level or equivalent from a recognized board or must be a diploma holder with mathematics as a compulsory subject. In addition to this there is currently no minimum percentage rule applicable for the same.
