Yes, you are eligible to appear for NDA if you have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognised board. Candidates who have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry are eligible to join Indian Naval Academy, Indian Airforce Academy and Indian Military Academy through NDA and the candidates who have passed 10+2 in any stream are eligible to join Indian Military Academy. The age limit to appear for NDA is 16.5 years to 19.5 years. Candidates who are appearing in the qualifying examination that is 10+2 are also eligible to appear provisionally.

Yes, you can surely write the NDA examination if you are from science background. Actually for army there is no restrictions on stream but for Airforce and Navy you need to have Physics and Maths as compulsory subjects.
