YES, you can give NDA (National Defense Academy) examination for Navy and Airforce if you have Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as the subjects in your class 12th along with Commerce. NDA is an option for commerce student. Any male or female candidate who have passed 12th from any stream is eligible for NDA.
The eligibility criteria for NDA Exam is as follows :
AGE Limit : 16.5 to 19.5 years for all categories, i.e. there is no age relaxation in the NDA exam
Educational Qualification : For Indian Army - Passed Class 12 from State Education Board or a University For Air Force and Naval - Passed 12th class with Physics and Mathematics from State Education Board or a University

You need to have chemistry with along maths and physics to be eligible for Navy & Airforce, without chemistry YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE
Without chemistry you are eligible only for Army wing of NDA.
