Well,yes you are eligible to appear for NEET 2020 after taking admission in BAMS 2019.
But,you must be able to balance your studies and your preparation. Go through the syllabus of NEET again and mark the areas where you feel you should put in more efforts. Revise the concepts and practice as much as possible.

Yes you can surely give neet 2020 by taking admission in any other course.. The only thing is you will have to check out whether there is any bond or not in that respective course once you leave it like we have in neet that's it.. Be determined, prepare properly and work hard.. Good luck
