You can give 2021 NEET exam, as there is no restrictions on number of attempts for a candidate. If you pass 12th in 2018 and didn't join in any year from 2018 - 2020, you can give NEET exam. The only criteria is that you have atleast 50% marks in your class 12th examination. The age criteria is yet to be decide by Supreme court for NEET exam.

Ofcourse you can give neet exam in 2021 the eligibility criteria ias as follows:
- Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board. Candidates who are appearing for the class 12 or equivalent exam are also eligible to apply for NEET 2020.
- Candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2020.
- There is no upper age limit till the Supreme Court passes its judgement on it.
- 12th percentage required for NEET 2020 are separate for each category and can be listed as under. NEET eligibility marks in 12th to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects
- UR - 50%,OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45%
- There is no limit on the number of attempts a student can make.
- Candidates who are Indian Nationals, NRIs, OCIs, PIOs & Foreign Nationals are eligible to apply.
