No, you will not be eligible for taking admission if you pass the neet exam also if you didn't complete 17 years before 31december. Candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2021.There is no upper age limit till the Supreme Court passes its judgment on it. Also you should check your educational eligibility criteria too.
• Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.

The minimum age must be 17 years as on December 31, 2021. So if your current age is 16. 5 years then you are eligible to appear for NEET 2021 as you will turn 17 years by next year and you will fulfill the age eligibility criteria as mentioned above. So you can apply for NEET 2021 provided you must fulfill other eligibility criteria as well.
