There is no number of limits set and upper age yet decided for the NEET entrance examination. So, for now, you can surely sit for NEET entrance examination as your fourth attempt in the year 2021. You just need to have 50% aggregate marks in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English if you belong to General category and 45% for reserved category.
