First of all now, there's no more AIIMS MBBS entrance examination ,it has been scrapped off and now admission in all the AIIMS for MBBS is through Neet examination only.
Now,Neet eligibility criteria says that, to be eligible you must have passed your 12th with English and PCB (in both the theory and practical) with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if you belong to general category , or at least 45% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to ph category or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st
Also , recognised open boards like NIOS are acceptable in NEET
So ,

after passing your 12th board examination with pcmb and English from NIOS you will be eligible for Neet examination provided you must have got at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if you belong to general category , or at least 45% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to ph category or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st .
