Minimum Percentage: You must have passed with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology taken together. For SC/ST/OBC categories, the minimum percentage is 40%. Yes definitely you can appear for the neet exam if you have done your class 12th with pcm from any board ,it doesn't matter whether you have done it from cbse,state board,icse or etc .
