In order to apply for NEET, candidates need to fulfill the following criteria-
Attained 17 years age by 31st December of that year.
Passed or appearing 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects, those having Biology as an additional are also eligible to apply.

So, to answer your question, you'll be eligible to apply for NEET 2021 as you will be 17 years old by January of 2021 provided you meet other requirements as well mentioned above.
