Hi Altaf,All the MBBS and BDS seats in india ( except in AIIMS and JIPMER) are filled via NEET UG 2019 exam that will be conducted on May 5th 2019 between 2.00 P.M and 5.00 P.M. So in order to apply for neigrihms , it is mandatory that you have to give NEET UG. Hope this clarifies, Good luck
