can I give the jee mains exam for the state engineering collage if my board percent is less than 75%

Yes, you can give JEE Main exam for your participating state.

75% marks are only required to get admissionin IITs/NITs and IIITs.

There are many private college as well who consider JEE score to get admission and 75% marks are not required.

Yes, you can write Jee exam for the same as the criteria of 75% or top 20 percentile is only for NITs/IIITs and GFTIs. Also, in case if private colleges then most of them would be asking for 60% except BITSAT.
