No, other state students are not allowed to appear for TS EAMCET for AP EAMCET. But if should satisfy local/non-local status requirements as laid down in the Telangana/Andhra Pradesh Education Institutions (Regulations of Admission) order, 1974 as subsequently amended you can write the examination. Therefore the summary of eligibility criteria is as follows:

Candidates must be Indian nationals or Persons of Indian Origin (POI) or Overseas Citizen of India Cardholders (OCIs).

Candidate should belong to the state of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh
